Our award winning barbeque is dry rubbed to perfection with our signature blend of spices and then slow-smoked with Hickory or Apple wood, allowing the true flavors of the meat to shine through. For those who prefer their barbeque wet, we off 2 signature award winning sauces. Our basic sauce is a tomato-based sauce with pineapple juice. We also offer a spicy sauce that takes some of the edge off the sweet and replaces it with heat.
